These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern text message communications between Kanos Group LLC ("Kanos Group", "we", "us", or "our") and customers who have opted in to receive text messages.

Program Description

Kanos Group sends text messages to customers about their construction and remodeling projects. Messages are limited to:

• Estimate and quote notifications
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders
• Project status updates
• Payment reminders and payment receipts
• Replies to your questions

How to Opt In

You will only receive text messages from Kanos Group if you opt in. The only ways to opt in are:

• Checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on a form on our website (kanosgroup.com), or
• Texting our business number first.

The SMS consent checkbox on our website is optional and is never pre-checked. You can request an estimate and use our services without checking it.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, up to 3 messages per day.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent. You may also opt out by calling (954) 376-1984 or emailing info@kanosgroup.com.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services from Kanos Group.
