These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website kanosgroup.com and all services provided by Kanos Group LLC ("Kanos Group", "we", "us", or "our"), a construction and remodeling company operating in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. By accessing our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.

1. SMS/Text Message Communications

You will only receive text messages from Kanos Group if you opt in. The only ways to opt in are:

• Checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on a form on our website (kanosgroup.com), or
• Texting our business number first.

Text messages are limited to:

• Estimate and quote notifications
• Appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders
• Project status updates
• Payment reminders and payment receipts
• Replies to your questions

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies, up to 3 messages per day.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

To Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

2. Services

Kanos Group provides construction, remodeling, and home improvement services including but not limited to deck construction, dock building, fencing, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting, drywall, flooring, stucco, demolition, commercial tenant improvements, and custom home building throughout the Tampa Bay metropolitan area.

• Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance
• Payment terms: 50% deposit to begin work; remaining 50% upon completion
• Kanos Group is insured and obtains all required building permits
• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on scope, weather, and permitting

3. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and notifying us of any changes. You agree not to misuse our website, services, or communications channels.

4. Warranty

All work performed by Kanos Group includes a 1-year labor warranty. Material warranties vary by product and manufacturer and are detailed in your specific project estimate. Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period.

5. Limitation of Liability

Kanos Group is not responsible for any delays or failures in the delivery of text messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Kanos Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our website or messaging services.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data. Payment information is processed exclusively by PCI-compliant providers. No data transmission over the internet or mobile network is guaranteed to be 100% secure. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property
